Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original HEIRLOME packaging and include the printed return packing slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
